MD4 Convention San Diego, CA • Team Outreach • February 2022

Team members Liz Steves and Janyce Rossall met at the convention with Lion Dr. Eleanor Britter (eKidsPower and Global Initiative for Health and Wellness). Dr. Britter is championing RBTL in all of her endeavors.

At the convention we had the opportunity to do a presentation of the program that was filmed. Dr. Britter will be able to use that footage as she sees fit. We are excited to have Dr. Britter's support, which has included underwriting the production of the five demonstration, instructional, and testimonial videos available on the website.

This was another opportunity for a two-day demonstration and information table and to network. We had been introduced to Dr. Britter by Past International Director Dr. Bill Iannaccone and Lion Pam Kroyer, who were also at this convention. Coincidently, International President Douglas Alexander was also at this convention, so we took the opportunity to be re-introduced and talk again about RBTL.

One of our goals is to receive recognition by Lions International to the extent that we are endorsed as a program that is important to literacy and vision (jump eye movements are not part of a typical vision exam, so are often missed).
